If I have a shirt that fits me perfectly can I send it to you for you to copy?

In a word, YES we can, Please send the item to our Hong Kong address with your customer information. We will contact you once we receive it and will go from there.

How long do you take to make and mail an item?

Our production times vary between 3 to 5 weeks depending on the time of the year and the quantity, which has been ordered. Special express services can be provided in special cases, which are charged separately on a case-to-case basis. 

What styles do I pick?

The executive style is one chosen mainly for office wear and to be used in formal settings. The design styles are more for events, special occasions and celebrations. They allow the client to be a little more creative and wear their clothes with less formality. The casual wear style is the one, which is perfect for afternoon wear, relaxed settings with absolutely no formality. 

How do I pay for my orders?

Cash is always accepted for people who come into the showroom for consultation but we also offer the funds to be transferred into the company’s HSBC bank account. With the launch of the website we will be offering online payment through credit card and PayPal very soon. All to be set-up in time. 

Why should I buy from Di Lusso?

Di Lusso offers you something that not many companies in world can offer you. Di Lusso can make your shirt but you can really know that the shirt was made by you. This turns the power of design over to the client. 

How can I give you my size?

Clients can send us items of clothing that they fit into well and we can copy the sizes for them. If they know their measurements they can enter (then later edit) their measurements on their profile page when they access the Di Lusso website. The most common method is to get measured when coming into the showroom. 

Do I need to send you a photograph?

Not necessarily. We can make your items accurately using the measurement information but if clients send us a head on and side profile photograph of themselves the items can be made with even more accurately. 

How can I reorder?

Account holders can order items in their size using the online platform. Clients can also email the company with their orders and if they wish to, they can call the company if they wish to have a consultation over the phone regarding their order. 

Do I only have to buy what is online?

What is online is a template for what can be made, if clients like the designs but wish to make a few changes they can contact the company with their changes and we can make those accordingly. If clients have a specific design which they with to create, they can contact us through the standard channels to explain their design. 

Should I worry about shrinkage?

All the fabrics that are used are given a certain amount of allowance in the making process to make up for the potential shrinkage of the fabrics. 

Can I take my own measurements?

 You can use the company’s size chart page to find out how to gather your own measurements. There are also videos online to advise you. Measurement information can be entered directly into the clients profile page. The most accurate method is to come into the showroom and be measured in-house. 

Do you do alterations?

If and when possible, we do free alterations for goods purchased within 3 months of purchase from Di Lusso. If it has been more than 3 months since the purchase from Di Lusso, then there will be a cost for the alteration. If the item wasn’t purchase from Di Lusso then there will be a cost for the alteration. 

Can I have different sizes made for my executive wear and my design wear?

Yes you can. The client can create 2 accounts for both their executive and design wear. Otherwise they can establish which items are executive and design wear by email and let us know what differences you would like to make between the items. 

Do you do women’s shirts?

Yes we do. We have specialist ladies tailors for shirts but we would recommend the clients to come into the showroom for a consultation and fitting.
